With Azores HomeMade, owners of tourist accommodation can enjoy services, such as basic or complete management of their properties, including promotion and management of reservations, cleaning and care of clothes, check in/check out and guest assistance.

Our services also include the management of online platforms, guest billing, communication of accommodation bulletins and monthly statistics.

"If you’re planning a trip to Ponta Delgada, this rental unit is an absolute gem! From the moment our late arrival was accommodated and we were warmly greeted by Ana, our expectations were exceeded. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for a 10-day stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. With two bedrooms, four comfortable beds, and a full bathroom, it provided ample space for our family to relax and recharge after exploring the stunning sights of São Miguel.
The unbeatable location further enhanced our experience. Situated ideally in Ponta Delgada, it made accessing local restaurants, cafes, and island tours a breeze. The thoughtful layout, with four cozy beds, ensured seamless sleeping arrangements for everyone.
Finally, the hostess Maria was incredibly communicative and helpful from the moment we contacted the property until our departure. It was an absolute pleasure to coordinate a fantastic trip with Maria. Obrigado!"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Vintage Charming House in Ponta Delgada! The apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly located for exploring São Miguel with our family of six across three generations.
What really made this stay stand out, though, was the exceptional support from Maria and Ana throughout our week. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very start, and went out of her way to help us arrange a rental car for our group. Ana was also wonderful, always quick to help whenever we needed anything.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth and clearly explained, and it was obvious that Maria and Ana genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We felt well looked after the entire time.
As a small side note, the apartment is very close to the airport — this didn't bother us at all, and honestly it was quite convenient for our arrival and departure.
We'd happily stay here again and recommend it wholeheart"

“Exceeded our expectations! This stunning property was the perfect spot for our recent family vacation to Sao Miguel. The house is even bigger in person than the photos show and the property is immaculate. Early mornings listening to the birds and watching the sunrise over the ocean while in the hammock was a highlight of my trip. Tranquil, peaceful, authentic, stunning - there are not enough positive words to describe this property. The house itself was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pans, dishes, lanterns, extra blankets, laundry - everything! Maria was by far the most responsive person I have ever dealt with on Airbnb. She also took the time to ensure we knew where to go and what to see during our trip. I'm counting down the days until we return again!”

“Lidia's house is truly beautiful - full of character, tastefully decorated, well equipped, with plenty of space for a large family. Its garden is gorgeous and huge - our toddler loved exploring it and playing on the cute swing under the avocado tree. Finding fresh avocados and exotic fruits (delicious anonas) was definitely one of the highlights!
Mrs Lidia (the owner) and Maria (the manager) couldn't be kinder hosts. They have prepared a huge spread of local delicacies for us on our arrival and were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Mrs Lidia also found toys for our children to play with and made us feel very welcome in her beautiful home.
We definitely can recommend staying at Quinta das Bolas and we hope to be back!”

"Everything was just perfect! Maria is an excellent host who waited to greet us at the house even though we were delayed by nearly 2 hours. She gave us good advice on where to go shopping and recommended restaurants as well as points of interest on the island. The place was spotlessly clean and had no signs dampness, which is often found on the island. The cottage has everything you could wish for in a normal household and so much more. We were 2 friends travelling together and the place was so spacious that even if another 2 or 3 people were there, we would not have felt crowded. There is access to a huge and beautiful garden at the back with seating for those who wish to relax. We felt so very welcome and Maria was very helpful and organised me a taxi and a massage the day prior to my departure. Thank you so much for allowing us into your beautiful home and making our stay so very enjoyable.

Having to leave this idyllic place was the only thing l did not like. You can't improve on perfection."

“We spent a week in Maria's place in January and it was a great base for our trip. The gardens that lead straight to the ocean are the absolute highlight--it was amazing to be able to spend time in the yard watching the ocean and listening to the waves. While we didn't swim, the proximity to the natural pools just steps from the property is a huge bonus. This area also connects to a much larger coastal walking trail that's the perfect way to begin or end your day. The house was comfortable and met all of our needs. We used the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a number of simple meals during our stay. When we had a question related to the house, Maria was quick to respond and help.”

"Maria’s place was even better than the pictures. The view was outstanding, the house was charming with a lot of character and it had everything we needed. It is right on the water with a private access to the see. Every morning we enjoyed to have our morning coffee upstairs overlooking the ocean. Upon our arrival, Ana met us with the most warm and excited welcome. She gave us all the major recommendations of the island (restaurants, grocery, gyms, all the main things to see and to do). We absolutely loved meeting Ana and she was available the entire time. Thank you for making our holiday so special! We look forward to coming back to Azores and booking Maria’s place again."
